| Woodland Brook is a quiet, wooded community of 155 homes just outside the city of Grayson in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Amenities include tennis courts and a swimming pool. The neighborhood participates in adult tennis and youth swim leagues. The neighborhood is served by Grayson High School, Bay Creek Middle School, and Grayson Elementary School. We have easy access to Bay Creek Park and Tribble Mill Park. |

We will be moving the Spring Meeting to a Saturday afternoon on March 28 at the Playground Pavilion starting at 2:30 PM. Please bring a lawn chair and your favorite beverage as we discuss upcoming plans for the Spring Garage Sale, End of School Year Pool Party, and other upcoming activities.

Garage Sale
The weather is starting to heat up early this year, and we wanted to announce the Woodland Brook Spring Garage Sale will be held on Saturday, April 18 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
We are coordinating with the Middleton neighborhood to hopefully have theirs the same weekend. We also had several professional signs made last summer that will be placed on Hwy 20 & Herring Rd, Ozora and Camp Mitchell, Camp Mitchell and Herring, and ones for the entrances to Woodland Brook.
